I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Jennifer is. We had a lot of bumps in the road and even took over a year off with finding our dream home and Jennifer has been by our side through it all. Her patience, knowledge, compassion, and warmth made our first time home buying experience one we will never forget. Not only did she go above and beyond with finding us the perfect home, she even helped us find companies to help us with the interior and exterior projects we needed to work on as well. We are so grateful for Jennifer and we will for sure recommend her to anyone we know that is moving to the New Jersey area.

I loved working with Jennifer. She always got back to me very quickly and went above and beyond when helping me find the right house. After each potential list she sent, she listened to my pros and cons and looked for new listings. She was easy to work with and helped me through the whole process. She made buying a home for the first time an enjoyable experience.

Jennifer helped us navigate our first home purchase and really made the process as easy as possible for us. She is incredibly responsive and on top of listings, and answered all of our questions. She gave us great advice as well and helped us negotiate with the seller (which resulted in a better outcome for us)!

Jenn was absolutely amazing. The entire process from beginning to end was easy and stress free because Jenn was there to answer every question we threw at her (as first time homebuyers we had A LOT) almost immediately and at any time of the day. We never told Jenn this, but when we first began looking for houses we were working with another realtor who a friend had used because everyone around us was saying “you shouldn’t use a realtor you don’t know.” Long story short, the first realtor kept giving us the run around and canceling on us. Finally we had enough and took a leap of faith with Jenn because we saw she had other great reviews. Let me tell you it was the BEST decision we made throughout the whole process. Jenn was incredibly professional, always on time, super friendly, and even came with us to our closing to show support. Even our attorney was pleasantly surprised with how attentive Jenn was to us throughout the whole process- said most realtors do the bare minimum- but not Jenn! She went above and beyond for us and was able to get our offer accepted the day after it went on the market and helped beat out other offers and avoid a bidding war- something nearly impossible to do, especially during the COVID market. We got our dream home at a great price and could not have been happier with the experience provided by Jenn. Will DEFINITELY be recommending her to everyone I know purchasing a home.

Jenn did a great job helping me with negotiations during a bidding war. She found me a lender that she trusted who went the extra mile, to make sure that I got the loan. She was in constant contact with them and the sellers agent. She kept me abreast of each step of the loan process. She had a positive attitude and she always had on a smile.
