Jennifer did a great job selling our house.. she was very professional and knowledgeable of the market and got us over asking!!! This was our second time working with jen so there was no doubt we knew she would go above and beyond for us. She gets the job done and doesnt play games!!! I would always reccomend Jen to anyone that is in need of a great agent!!!

Jenn was such a huge help and an integral part of our first time home buying process. She gave us great advice, was super responsive, and was persistent when she needed to be with other agents. She is the reason we secured our home in this crazy market, you cannot go wrong with trusting her as your real estate agent.

Where should I even start, Jennifer is a fantastic real estate agent. From providing information on the plethora of homes my husband and I looked at, to giving us the tour of said home she is very knowledgeable about these places of residency. This is the second time I have used Jennifer Boncic. The first time was to buy my house and the second was to sell it several years later. There is literally nothing negative I could say about Jennifer. When buying my house she was able to get a solid grasp on what I was looking for and she was beyond patient while we tried to find it. Several years later after a few life changes, I had the need to sell this great house she helped me find. Once I signed their contract she hit the ground running. Throughout the entire process Jen went so far above and beyond you would need the Hubble telescope to see her. I had to move out of state before my house ever went on the market. The ONLY reason I could do that was because of Jen. She did so much for me. Once my house went on the market I had offers rolling in and accepted one less than a week after my house went on the market, I think it was around day 4 or 5. People always complain about how much commission realtors get. Considering EVERYTHING she did during the whole process, she earned every penny. My neighbors know how picky and demanding I can be and several of them have already told me when it comes time to buy/sell, they will be using Jen. She is the BEST!

jennifer Is extremely knowledgeable about her business and perspective? Clients meeting them with customers. We had several issues that came up in Jennifer. Handle them with precise professionalism and comfort. To me and my wife as the sellers. She was constant without professionalism or words of wisdom. In most important league, her personal touch is with kept this going. She was with us 100%. She was always available every time we called or text her. The snow went quickly with 3 days from the time it was posted. However, to to certain issues with the title feed, we had to get them worked out. Jennifer was on top of everything and guiding us accordingly to have a full sale. I would never think about selling another home. What property is what you frissing specifically using Jennifer?

Jennifer assisted me with two house closings. During every step of the way she immediately presented me with the offers. My two properties sold very quickly due to her skillfullness and expertise. I highly recommend her as your agent.
